You must record an unboxing video from the very beginning — before opening the package.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed outer packaging,
The visible shipping label with order details, and
The process of unboxing the product in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits).
The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Without a valid unboxing video that meets these criteria, we will be unable to process a refund, replacement, or exchange.
